Excavator parts daily maintenance maintenance skills

Excavators work hard with the crew on weekdays and carry out construction in various places. After construction, excavators also need to be maintained and maintained in order to maintain the equipment with abundant power and efficient operation performance. What problems should excavators pay attention to in the daily use process and what should they pay attention to in maintenance? Lets talk about the maintenance skills of excavators.
1. Daily maintenance: check, clean or replace the air filter, clean the cooling system, check and tighten the crawler plate bolts, check and adjust the crawler tension, check the air intake heater of excavator, replace bucket teeth, adjust the excavator bucket. Clearance, check the cleaning liquid level of front window, check and adjust the air conditioning of excavator, clean the floor of cab, replace the filter element of crusher (optional accessories). When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, the engine will be slowly unscrewed after full cooling. The nozzle cover releases the internal pressure of the water tank before releasing the water. Do not clean the engine while it is working. High-speed rotating fans can cause danger. When cleaning or replacing coolant, the machine should be parked on the horizontal ground. Coolant and anticorrosive device should be replaced according to Table 3.
2. Check items before starting the engine: check the liquid level height of the excavator coolant (add water), check the oil level of the excavator engine, add oil, check the oil level of the excavator (add fuel), check the V hydraulic oil level (add hydraulic oil), check whether the air filter core is blocked, check the wire, check whether the horn is normal, check the lubrication of the bucket, check the oil-water separator. Water and sediment in the medium.
3. Maintenance items every 100 hours: excavator arm cylinder head pin, arm foot pin, arm cylinder rod end, bucket rod cylinder head pin, arm and bucket rod connecting pin, bucket rod cylinder rod end, bucket cylinder head pin, half rod connecting pin, bucket rod, bucket cylinder rod end, bucket cylinder head pin, bucket rod connecting pin, check the oil level (refueling oil) in rotary mechanism box, from fuel. 4. Maintenance items every 250 hours: After the excavator works 250 hours, the fuel filter element and additional fuel filter element should be replaced to check the clearance of the excavator engine valve. Check the oil level in the final drive box of excavator (add gear oil), check the battery electrolyte, replace the oil in the engine oil pan, replace the engine filter, lubricate the rotary support (2 places), check the tension of fan belt, check the tension of air conditioning compressor belt, and make adjustments.
5. Maintenance items every 500 hours: change the fuel filter element of excavator, check the height of rotary pinion grease (add grease), check and clean the radiator radiator, oil cooler radiator and chiller radiator of excavator, replace the hydraulic oil filter element, replace the oil in the final transmission box (only for the first time at 500 hours, once after 1000 hours), clean the interior and exterior of air conditioner system of excavator. Air filter element, replace hydraulic oil vent filter element.
6. Maintenance items every 1000 hours: change the oil in the rotary mechanism box of excavator, check the oil level of the shock absorber shell (return oil), check all fasteners of the turbocharger, check the clearance of the turbocharger rotor, check and replace the tension of the generator belt, replace the anti-corrosion filter core and replace the oil in the final transmission box.
7. Maintenance items every 2000 hours: cleaning filter screen of hydraulic tank, cleaning and checking turbocharger, checking generator and starting motor, checking valve clearance (and adjusting) of engine, checking shock absorber.
8. Maintenance items over 4000 hours: increase the inspection of pumps every 4000 hours.
9. Increase the items of replacing hydraulic oil every 5000 hours: When the machine is stored for a long time, in order to prevent the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder from rusting, the working device should be placed on the ground, and the whole machine should be washed and dried and stored in indoor dry environment.
The purpose of regular maintenance is to reduce the failure of the machine, prolong the service life of the machine, shorten the downtime of the machine, improve the work efficiency and reduce the operation cost. As long as fuel, lubricants, water and air are well managed, 70% of the failures can be reduced. In fact, about 70% of the failures are caused by poor management.
